What is Caddie?
Caddie is a brand dedicated to creating high-quality, innovative non-alcoholic beverages. We design, produce, and deliver every product ourselves to ensure the best experience for our customers.
Where are Caddie Products made?
Our products are produced in Guelph, but we call Hamilton, ON home.
Why do some of your products say 0.5% alcohol?
Did you know that beverages with 0.5% ABV are officially in the non-alcoholic zone? Yep, that's right! Our bodies are amazing at handling that tiny splash of alcohol, zapping it quicker than you can say "Cheers!" This means you can enjoy that NA drink without any of the effects of alcohol, keeping you clear, focused and ready to take on the world.
Shipping questions
Do you really charge for shipping?
We try to keep our shipping rates low, but unfortunately these drinks are really heavy and we want to ensure that they get to you reliably and safely.
When will I receive my package?
After you've purchased your drinks, we'll zip a shipping notification your way via email within 3 blissfully short business days.
Want to keep an eye on your goodies as they journey to your doorstep? No sweat! You can follow along with your order's adventure using the link we send over, or simply by logging into your account for all the details.
What happens if my package doesn't arrive within the estimated time?
If your eagerly awaited package seems to be taking the scenic route (you know, longer than we all expected) or if that status is stubbornly sticking to 'In Transit', don't you worry! We're here on standby, ready to spring into action.
All you gotta do is drop us a line through our Contact Us page. We're all about diving deep to sort it out, making sure your non-alcoholic treasures are back on track and heading straight to your door, where they belong.
What if my package is damaged in transit?
If it lands on your doorstep looking less than perfect, don't worry, we’ve got your back. Just snap a few photos of the damage and grab your order number.
Then, hit us up through our Contact Us page. Let’s get your order sorted, so you can get back to sipping on the good stuff, stress-free!
What if my package says it was delivered but has not actually arrived?
If you're checking your doorstep but that package is playing a magic trick on you (marked as 'delivered' but nowhere to be found), don't stress! Reach out to us through the Contact Us page and let’s unravel this mystery together.
We'll put on our detective hats and look into it for you. While we're talking solutions, just a heads up that a free replacement isn't a given, but we'll work together to make things right.
Returns questions
What to do if I want a return?
Here's the scoop on making a return - because we totally get it, sometimes things just don't work out. No worries! You've got 14 days from the moment your goodies land at your doorstep to decide if you and your items are a perfect match.
Now, to keep it all smooth, make sure whatever you're returning is just how you got it, untouched and unopened (we know, it's tough!).
Ready to roll? Great! Contact Us to get things moving. Once approved, we'll send you the return label details. Please note, you will have to pay for return shipping. And because we're all about making your life easier, once we give your return the thumbs up, you'll get the return shipping label and all the deets on how to send your package back to us.
Just remember, make sure you holler at us before sending anything back!
Do you have any exception or non-returnable items?
We're all about keeping things fresh and fabulous, but there are just a few things we gotta keep on the no-fly zone for returns - that's our sale items, any bottles or containers that have already been opened (we know, once you pop, you just can't stop, but we gotta draw the line somewhere), and those ever-so-gift-able gift cards.
What to do if you're looking for a refund?
As soon as your return sails back to our dock and we've given it a once-over, you'll be the first to know whether it's thumbs-up on the refund.
And if it's all systems go, we'll hit the magic button to zip that refund straight back to your original payment method faster than you can say "Cheers!" 🚀 Give us up to 10 business days to make it rain (back in your account, that is).
Now, remember, the pathway from our place to your bank or card can sometimes be a bit leisurely so give them a little nudge if you don't see your refund posthaste. They’re doing their best, we're sure!
