Shipping policy
Shipping notification will be sent via email within 3 business days of the order being placed. You will be able to track your order delivery through this link or you can log into your account to access the information.
If you do not receive your package in the estimated time for delivery OR the notification continues to say In Transit, please Contact Us so we can look into the issue.
If your package is damaged in delivery, please also Contact Us with the photos and order number.
If your package is mark as delivered but it did not arrive, please Contact Us and we'll see what we can do. Please note that this does not guarantee a replacement order will be sent free of charge.
